Coronavirus survivors give hope to millions

Their stories of recovery give hope to millions of people around the world. 

From 106-year-old Connie Titchen, Britain’s oldest to catch and overcome coronavirus, to 37-year-old nurse Charlene Nelson, all have battled the condition and proved that you can beat the disease. 

All seven, who also include Anthony Morrison, Jennifer Benjamin, Glyn Costigan, Morine Burrell-Banton and mum-of-three Fauzia, have left our care either at City or Sandwell Hospitals and are on the road to recovery.
