Your City & Metropolitan Hospitals Charity adds value to vital services at City Hospital, Sandwell General Hospital, Rowley Regis Hospital, over 150 community-based services, and the Midland Metropolitan University Hospital in Smethwick. Our work also includes supporting specialist facilities such as the Birmingham & Midland Eye Centre (BMEC) and Leasowes Intermediate Care Centre. This is essential work within an area which is situated in one of the most deprived local authorities in England, where 29 per cent of children and older people live in poverty.
Our fundraising partner is JustGiving, where you can set up a free fundraising page to raise much needed funds for us, whether it is a bake sale, a 10km run, a marathon or, for those of you who like to live life on the edge, a skydive. 160ft Bungee, Birmingham: 28 September 2024
The Birmingham bungee jump location takes in the breathtaking views at Cliffs Lakes Watersports Park, it is the only regular bungee jump location in the Midlands. The site is situated just outside Tamworth within 30 mins of Birmingham.

Parisians join forces with other French nationals and 4 thousand runners from other countries to make this half marathon one of the best international events. It is no wonder over 40 thousand runners participate in this event year on year.
