Homeless Team

The Homeless team helps to ensure safer discharges into appropriate accommodation.

Since it was established it has expanded the services offered and the team to support the needs of our local community.

Our team consists of housing navigators, lead nurse and recently, volunteers who work to support the needs of our patients. We offer a range of services as below:

  • Sourcing emergency accommodation
  • Signposting
  • Clothes bank
  • Non-perishable items

As part of our service developments, we have set up a clothes bank at both sites, which runs from 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday. To support us further, we welcome donations for clothing and non-perishables items, to make a donation please see our contact us section.
