Elderly Care

We deliver high quality care for people over the age of 70, specialising in a range of conditions that affects older people such as falls, reduced mobility, heart failure and Parkinson’s disease. We also offer assessments for other conditions including dementia, incontinence, heart failure, frailty and palliative care (end of life).

We work across two hospital sites and various community settings and work closely with a team of experts, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nursing teams, social workers, and other allied professionals so that we can tailor the care we give to each of our patients.
