MMUH Engagement
The Trust continues to inform its local communities about the new Midland Met hospital and how the new state of the art healthcare facility will combine urgent and emergency care services from Sandwell and City Hospitals under one roof, as well as how health services will be delivered by highly skilled clinical teams combined with the latest technology to improve patient experience and health outcomes.
However, lots of services are changing in preparation for the new hospital’s opening in 2024. So, as the project moves forward, regular conversations will continue with our local Midland Met communities through the Near Neighbours Group, along with wider engagement with out Sandwell and West Birmingham populations so they are informed and up to date about news of the new hospital.
