The Urgent Treatment Centre is based at Sandwell Hospital, West Bromwich and is accessible to all patients.
It offers GP-led urgent, but not emergency care, for ailments such as suspected broken bones, abdominal pain and minor illnesses.
Patients from all areas are able to attend, however if they are not registered with a GP they will be asked to sign up.
Patients attending the new centre will be directed to the A&E department at Sandwell Hospital.
The centre is open seven days a week, from 9am to 9pm. Appointments can be made by calling NHS 111, or you can walk in.
