Madi joined the Trust in January 2026 and brings over 30 years of NHS finance experience, previously serving as Chief Financial Officer at Coventry and Warwickshire ICB and Deputy Chief Financial Officer at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust, where she managed a £1.8bn turnover and led major projects including the Queen Elizabeth Hospital build and multi-site mergers.
Madi has a strong track record in financial strategy, contracting, and performance management, and has played a key role in system-wide initiatives such as elective recovery and capacity expansion.
Madi has overall management and stewardship of financial resources including the development of financial strategy and maintenance of effective budgetary control. She also has oversight of procurement arrangements for the Trust, which is part of a collaborative alliance with The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust and Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust.
