|We want to talk to you about our Stroke Service
To ensure we have the right services in the correct place ahead of the opening of Midland Metropolitan University Hospital next year, we are proposing to make changes to the way we deliver some of the care across the Trust.
We are continuing our focus on stroke services and have produced a document that outlines the proposed changes we wish to discuss with stroke survivors, their carers and loved ones and other interested parties across Sandwell and West Birmingham.
From next year, we are proposing three different ways in which we care for these patients which are detailed in the report accessed via this link: Stroke Service Publication leaflet.
Please take the time to read the document and complete the short questionnaire attached, which you can return FREEPOST. You can also fill out an online survey here: https://bit.ly/3GFitww.
Your views are extremely important to us, and we thank you for taking the time to assist us in ensuring that we deliver high quality, safe care to our patients. Any queries please contact the Engagement Team on email@example.com or by calling them on 0121 5072671. The closing date is 20 January 2024.
There are a number of ways in which you can get involved. Whether you’d like to give up some of your time and become a volunteer, join the Experts by Experience programme, or simply leave us some feedback on your experience – there are lots of ways for you to get involved. With your help we can improve our services and ensure the needs of everyone in the community are met.
Whatever level of expertise and knowledge you have, or how much time you can spare, your contribution will be invaluable. All you need is an interest in healthcare services provided by your local Trust.
You can also email firstname.lastname@example.org or speak to a member of the team on 0121 507 2671.
