Leadership and Management Development

We provide development opportunities to ensure that team leaders, supervisors and managers are equipped with the knowledge and skills to support and manage their staff, whilst efficiently and effectively conducting Trust business. The Trust has developed a leadership strategy that supports the development of staff to a very high standard.

  • Action Centred Leadership – 2 day in-house course
  • A variety of in-house workshops ranging from assertiveness and emotional intelligence to project management and recruitment and selection
  • Institute of Leadershipand Management accredited courses, e.g. Leadership Certificate and Awards
  • Leadership Apprenticeship Level 2
  • Management Apprenticeship Level 3
  • Where appropriate, staff can also access relevant university modules
