Our Performance
Our Integrated Quality and Performance reports are discussed at every public Trust Board meeting. Our organisation monitors performance through our group management structure and through our monthly Performance Management Committee, which is a sub-committee of the Clinical Leadership Executive.
Our Integrated Quality and Performance Reports can be found in our monthly Trust Board papers.
Through September and October 2018 the Care Quality Commission (CQC) visited our Trust to inspect our services. Published in April 2019, we were pleased that they recognised in their report an Outstanding rating for caring. With the Trust also receiving additional Outstanding ratings for end of life care and community health services for children, young people and families. The continued dedication and compassion of our clinical teams was reflected well in the report. While the Commission identified further action was required in some departments, this had – in a number of areas – already been identified by the Trust and changes were at the time being, or have since been put into effect.

Commissioning for Quality and Innovation (CQUINs)
We assign CQUIN leads on clinical and operational levels to appropriately support each CQUIN. We publish monthly data on how we are doing against milestones and this is published in the Trust’s Integrated Quality and Performance Report, which is discussed in our public board meetings and the NHS Commissioners are informed of progress on a quarterly basis.
