Our new service is for the following tests:

• 12 lead ECG’s
• Ambulatory ECG’s
• Standard trans-thoracic echocardiography

We are no longer providing ambulatory BP’s under the instruction of the CCG.

GPs from the Sandwell & West Birmingham CCG can access this form on the SWB CCG website homepage. There are two fax numbers at the top of the form – one for City site, and one for Sandwell site.

Tests will be performed at the two hospitals, and will no longer be available at Neptune.
