I am a fully accredited consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist on the general medical council’s specialist register. I am an honorary senior clinical lecturer in the faculty of medicine at the University of Birmingham. I qualified and trained in obstetrics and gynaecology and obtained the MRCOG membership qualification in obstetrics and gynaecology from the Royal College of Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, London 1997. I then obtained MD (Doctorate in Medicine) from University of Birmingham 2003, and then obtainedvthe FRCOG fellowship qualification in obstetrics and gynaecology from the Royal College of Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, London 2010.
