I qualified from Sheffield in 1981 and following General Medical training in Sheffield and Hull, completed my research and clinical training in Cardiology in various posts across the West Midlands. I am the Clinical Director for Cardiology at the Trust; I have been at the Trust since 1994. I hold General Cardiology (including rapid access chest pain and heart failure) clinics at all three Hospital sites. My main clinical and research interests include the Pathophysiology and treatment of Acute Coronary Syndromes. I also have over 20 years’ experience in Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI), participates in crosssite 24-7 primary PCI cover.
