Qualified in Alexandria Medical School, Egypt. Developed stroke & TIA pathway and introduced thrombolysis service at Sandwell Hospital. Currently has the role of Clinical Director for Elderly Care, Stroke and Palliative Medicine and undertook a complete stroke service redesign and reconfiguration that will be implemented on the Sandwell site from March 2013.
