This is Frank’s SWBH Moment.
Frank lost his wife to an aggressive form of cancer. During her chemotherapy treatment she wore a scalp cooler, which reduced her hair loss. Frank’s family and friends went on to fundraise £10,000 in her memory, enabling our cancer services to buy another scalp cooler. This has helped us to support many other cancer patients to relieve their anxiety at a very stressful time.
