Jane’s life was saved when our heart failure services team picked up an abnormal heart rhythm, using ‘Live Call’. This small device, attached to mobile phones, can detect within 30 seconds whether a patient is a risk of stroke or cardiac arrest. Thanks to charitable funding of just £80 per Live Call device, we are able to prevent heart attacks and strokes for Jane and many others.
